01This lane runs the inland Newell Highway, not the coast — through Goondiwindi, Moree, Narrabri and Dubbo. It's flat, fast and dodges Pacific Highway holiday traffic, but it's remote, so pack anything fragile as if it'll sit on the truck overnight (because it will).

How does the Defence removal / DHA process work with backloading?

We handle the physical move at a backloading price; if your relocation is funded through Defence you'll usually manage the paperwork and any approved-provider requirements on your side. Tell us your report-for-duty date at quote and we'll plan the pickup around it. Ask us directly if you need specifics for your posting.

Can I bring my pot plants and garden from Brisbane?

No live plants in soil can travel interstate — it's a biosecurity rule, not ours. Rehome them before you go or take small ones in your own car. Finish or gift any fresh Queensland fruit before pickup too, since it can't cross the border on the truck.
