In your confirmation email

The estimate / booking email includes your code in the "Manage" actions row at the bottom.

When does my friend get the discount?

We apply the $50 discount when our ops team confirms your friend's booking. Their estimate appears at the regular price online, but the confirmation email shows the locked price already adjusted.

When do I get the $50 credit?

After your friend's move actually completes. We email you a credit code that auto-applies to your next booking — valid for 12 months from issue.

How many friends can I refer?

No cap. Each successful referral is another $50 in credit. Some first-mover customers have stacked credits to make their entire next move free.

Can I refer myself or use my own code?

We block self-referrals server-side (the API rejects a code that belongs to your email). Sharing is meant for friends, not for gaming the discount.

Where do I find my referral code?

On the success page right after you submit a quote, plus in the confirmation email. If you've lost both, reply to any of our emails with "what's my referral code?" and we'll resend it.

What if my friend cancels their move?

No move = no payout. Credits issue once the move actually completes, because that's when the unit economics for both sides actually exist.

Can businesses refer too?

Yes. Business accounts get bigger credits — typically $100 per referred household move and $200 per referred business account. Talk to your account manager for the schedule.
