Timing a weekly lane
On a daily corridor, a missed truck means tomorrow's truck. Here it means next week's — so the two levers matter more than anywhere else. Book 5–7 days ahead to get into the schedule cleanly, and take the ±1 week flexible window if you possibly can. It's 10% off automatically (about $310 on a 2-bed). On a weekly cadence it's also the difference between riding the next departure and waiting for the one after.
February and July are the pressure points — university intake at ANU and UC collides with APS start dates. If you're moving in those months, book two weeks out.
- Weekly departures — book 5–7 days ahead, two weeks in Feb/July
- ±1 week flexibility = 10% off AND a better slot
- Overnight transit; label fragile boxes for the depot stop
- Pot plants in soil can't cross into the ACT — biosecurity, not us
The route and the delivery end
The run is the Hume Freeway (M31) to Yass, then the Barton Highway (A25) into Canberra's north — which makes Gungahlin, Casey and Belconnen the easiest deliveries on the lane. Woden Valley and the inner south add a few minutes and occasionally a steep driveway; mention access when you quote and we bring the right vehicle. Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra on the NSW side are standard deliveries at no extra charge.
